I'm pretty sure ownership of power station has not changed hands as MOM is not empowered to give away this asset (pretty hard to give something away that is presided over by another ministry). In addition, it is in contravention of the ICC ruling if you understand it in its entirety.
But why would you be bothered with legalities or- facts, why do you find misrepresentation of the truth so natural.
