Additionally with ADX I particularly liked the (new info) prospectus comment:-
The Company notes that it is currently in the process of are finalising the terms ofan energy investment agreement with MND Austria a.s. (MND) to conclude a gasexploration investment by MND in an area within ADX’s ADX-AT-I explorationlicence area in Upper Austria (Gas Exploration Investment Area). Under theexpected terms of the energy investment agreement, MND will a secure a 50%economic interest in the Gas Exploration Investment Area by the payment of backcosts of EUR 0.450 million to ADX VIE GmbH and funding EUR 4.5 million for thedrilling, evaluation and testing of a gas exploration well which is planned to bedrilled in the second half 2024.
