Small cap market is filled with people like you who can't comprehend announcements. People with knowledge are queuing up behind .006. it went up from around 1.5m shares before the announcement to 12m shares towards the end of the day. Most graphite plays have suffered VRC's fate. Look at SYR, RNU, TLG, LML charts. From 1 st of December most of these charts should start to turn around with Chinese restrictions kicking in.
