As you may have gathered, I’m not a big fan of either Bruce or our growing Britt.
I think they are both opportunistic drunken superficial liars.
Bruce looked like a complete dill when he was on the stand.
Only the 2 liars know what really happened. The rest of us - including the judge - can only speculate.
When dealing with liars you can only look at facts given by independent impartial witnesses - in this case the security guard, and Reynolds chief of staff who took contemporaneous evidence.
I tend to agree with you. In this case it’s hard to explain how Britt was found in the nude by the security guard at the time - unless something happened.
The judge has a heck of a job sorting this mess out when he comes to his decision.
