I don';t believe anybody could fake what Brittany displayed in court the last 2 days. The tears were real and the recollections were clear and precise.
She corrected the dress under the bed issue, and offered alternate possibility for the bruise on her leg. Her testimony was plausible in every sense and aligned with what one could imagine a young woman would be going through at the time. He on the other hand was caught telling lies at every turn. Thats what the truth defence is about, if he's shown to be a habitual liar and she is shown to be credible and honest, then the truth defence should romp home. As how can an entity be sued for defamation when the remarks are shown to be likely true?

I'd like to know if he could be charged again for the same crime? as a finding was never established in the first trial.
