You literally said, "wouldn't be the first time an exploration company promised big finds only to hit concrete... This implies somehow PCL made some sort of promise that you would be guaranteed multiple baggers. In fact, in my all my years in the market I have never hear any ASX listed company "promise" big finds, you may have interpreted it that way, wishful thinking so to speak. To "promise" big finds as you put it would only get them in a massive lawsuit and then de-listed. But what should anyone really expect, PCL is a penny stock, and penny stocks bring out the noobs, you know, those who think they are going to turn over a quick buck. This simply does not happen in the real world bro.
