Broadly agree with your numbers. I estimated their NPAT as $3.5 mil based on August release. Since then LFL sales appear to have slightly improved however this is offset by lower store additions in the second half.
Overall, thus I see no real change in expected profit this FY - unless the next 6 weeks are better than expected. Unfortunately, the combination of falling sales plus rising CODB = significant profit crunch.
