Hotcopper requested that I use a personal handle to post here. It is their site so I follow their rules and requests.

I am on my lunch break for those that worry about me spending my time here. A large part of my job is shareholder engagement and one of the more efficient ways of doing this is via social media. I have always treated social media as an addition to my other activities so you will tend to hear from me before 9am, after 7pm, or at lunch time.

Part of what makes Race special is the high level of management engagement with investors, but if you don’t like this there are many, many, many companies you can invest in where you never hear from management and where they don’t answer your questions or return your calls.
