Well if BSX shareholders are refusing to allow the raising of more capital and the issuing of ZEPO's to the MD then I suspect some large holders might have issued an ultimatum and may have ideas of the immediate future direction of the Company. If Scott doesn't turn the ship around this could potentially easily transform into a spill motion. Who could we see stepping up? Ecopro and other significant holders could easily afford a takeover at this price level but aren't we expecting the MC to shrink by up to 50% in the lead up to Christmas? That's not far away. BSX is extremely vulnerable now
