Imec are Amending the platform to 20nm, didnt offer this before have shown linear progression to date down from 120-80-60. Should work at 20 20mm is the benchmark that many are aiming for in the high density GB arrays space. huge leap from current- sufficient proof that this is scalable/ large semi con would accept that this is enough evidence in summary, 20nm is now the minimum standard that the large players want to see.
at same time the new hire will get them in front of relevant players in the coming months, ahead of results.
