The wrong topic I am not sure how you think it is when the constitution is used to determine when Directors can buy on the market.

Could you find any resolutions that prevent directors from buying on market?

We know Mike was free to buy under the old constitution only a few weeks ago, yet none of his other directors felt the need to buy on market, which is pretty surprising when Mike is one of the lowest-paid directors,

Do you know why Andrew isn't snapping up shares, for a CEO he doesn't seem to hold that many shares when he is one of the founding directors,
