DM is very clever - and being an ex-lawyer he is cautious about crossing over the line and hence the limited communication due to certain restriction rules, as per:

2. NDA - potential buyer (if there is one - we dont know!)

Ting is the mastermind! Super smart!
I came to the AGM with one Q only: What if Ting takes a holiday, permanently or temporarily?
The answer is: There is a protocol in place to safeguard! No need to worry!
Having said thar, I honestly think we should spend some decent money to ensure the well-being of Mr. Ting!
