There is more to life than money mate. An every day has a new opportunity. Your first action should be putting those that get to you on block. I blocked skol, BOT and a few others a while ago. Blocking out negativity does wonders for your focus mate. Give it a try, go spend some time with your family mate and chin up. All the best
