Agree with your statement but lets be honest and look at it openly as I have an thus is putting aside my bias...Would you agree the communications with shareholders has been dismal to say the least for a very long period of time Yes/No

Has the company known about the communication break down for that period of time. Yes/No

Have they done anything to appease shareholders concerns in that time Yes/No

Do you think the BoD's knew in advance about the downgrade to nameplate but continued with the same rhetoric then raised the 200 million from sophisticated investors Yes/No

Given the above question and we must be mindful that BOD's are always fully aware of arising situations well before they are released to market ie the plebs like us Yes/No


Has the company done anything to control the downward spiral to reassure shareholders after the sacking /resignation of BL. Yes/No

Do you think this BoD's should have after informing all an sundry at so many presentations and at the EGM that we had a Marlin and an OffTake was imminent according to them why did they not release a statement to shareholders to openly inform everyone that they had considered the offtake and felt at that point in time it wasnt in the best interest of Sayona or its Shareholders
do you consider that not informing us to be appropriate cobduct by a BoD's of a 200 ASX company. Yes/No

There is so much more I could put down that I consider reeks about this boards conduct but I'll finish with this given the amount of Scrutiny they have come under in the past 12months for not communicating with their most important asset and today they had the perfect opportunity to open the floodgates and engage on a level that everyone had the opportunity to have their questions answered and I'm talking about online holders as well do you think everyone was afforded that commitment by this BoD's they have talked so much about improving was it not a perfect time to start. Yes/No

Then given the above questions why when the meeting in my opinion was just starting to get people engaged and the tough questions at them why did James Brown shut it down so abruptly.

Always pays to think outside the box not whats in it....IMHO and thats why I consider todays AGM to be no more than a Snow Job by a BoD's incapable of taking our Company to the next Level and changes need to be instigated otherwise it's Altura 2 in the making... see how many Yes's and or No's you come up with, and see what you arrive at.
