Does anyone intend to, or has already, converted their ordinary shares into ADRs, before we list on NASDAQ? Or has anyone partially converted to ADRs? I'm considering splitting 50/50 and can't recall anyone on HC talk about this. The major downside if enough do so is increasing the outstanding tradable shares in the US market, where a positive scenario of less avalable supply increases price pressure. Bit of a double edged sword pre-NASDAQ. After NASDAQ would be foolish not to completely convert IMO. I'm uncertain as to why management hasn't been talking about this as often as possible. Perhaps for the above reasons and post NASDAQ will see more of a push to get ARR holders onboard before it's forced down the line. Great update today as usual, and loved the long form stock head interview with Mel today. Hoping the Morgan Stanley Symposium plays out favourably.
