    DRAM speed also. Most of the ReRam market has focussed on NAND flash replacement to be embedded. Some of them have scaled lower than 4DS but have not produced speeds even close to DRAM. The market around Generative AI and edge computing requiring in memory processing requires speed an efficiency as its power hungry.
