It was said that spod from NAL has been sent to a number of refiners, it was not specified that they were all in China.
I presume the reason they are sending to various converters is to showcase the product, future alliances being the goal.
It would be interesting to know if the new POSCO plant in South Korea is one of them.
Slowly but surely new refineries are coming on line, POSCO are building another one in South Korea next years.
The ones we really want to see operating are the ones being built in North America, next year should see at least one come into operation.
