Wait, there was a sell for 0.7 and you put in a buy for 0.7 and it wouldn't let you? Fark that's strange, I'd call commsec. Sometimes they do not allow (us plebs to place large orders in one go) ie, maybe on Gmn it's like 5M units, not sure. Anyway they basically don't let you line wipe. It's kind of BS because it just means any fake orders can be pulled beforehand. Happened to me on a different stock, I had to place multiple small orders becuase apparently I would cause disorderly market. It's all a scam to protect the big boys who place fake buy and sell.orders to stack the bid./ask so they don't get their shares wiped.
