To me, the last 2w behavior indicates someone is quietly downsizing (under guidance), could be a staff heading south; reminds me of the April 2023 play. Also, to jimmy up SP @ close is childish and it does not achieve anything in the long run.
In December, It may go either way but most likely down as per below.
