I can completely understand the skepitcism and cynicism towards this BOD and that we may be in the same situation 12 months down the track with these guys in charge, but didn't JB pretty much commit to having a new Chairman in place early next year - by end of Q1 i believe.... and wouldn't this Chariman be a driving force in appointing the new CEO? Do people seriously think they will continue to delay and obfuscate in these appointments? With a new Chair and CEO in place surely they will be the driving force behind strategy/exeuction and the current BOD will be taking a back seat? I'm not super familiar with how the Chair/CEO/BOD corporate dynmanic works so if anyone can shed some light on this would be appreciated. Taking PLS as an example, surely Tony Kiernan and Dale Henderson make the big decisions with other directors supporting? Obviously the quality and timing of these appointments will be crucial. Oh and thanks to everyone who asked the tough questions yday... like a lot of you it's been a tough year seeing my investment crumble but still have some faith if we can ride out the storm and get the right people into this company.
