... and look at the amount of work that was required to compile all those many, many reports and environmental studies. AVL have two such applications in at the EPA, and they are both showing as having completed stage 2 (so are now in stage 3 where most of the work is done). AVL have it all ahead of them still. The TMT plan is the one that will pass the post first, and that will bring significant value to this company.
It would be a catastrophe for TMT to pass that all hard work over to the circus that is AVL, where it could well be set aside as the "less attractive" plan. TMT management need to grasp the reins and move forward with this. Leave the Charlies at AVL to sit and stew.
