@whytee as you have not yet grasped the difference between
- supposed MSB failure of clinical trials (not the case),
- supposed MSB refusal to comply with reasonable FDA directions (not the case); and
- MSBs catering to the FDA's ever changing needs (with assay consistency not really needed but an FDA quirk to suddenly desire this)
....well, I don't think you're in a position to pronounce on who is a useful idiot or not.
Ok well count yourself out of the useful bit of that category in any case...
