Yes, the only reason I can find for the drop is the lack of liquidity, and agree no buyers is an issue. Question though. If Oaktree are putting in 25M and the price continues to fall (company worth less via market cap) wont that result in them holding a greater percentage in the company? Achieving over 25% by stealth? Creates an interesting scenario with respect to overall and foreign ownership.
