What do you mean by "...allowing the company to easily refinance into a corporate facility."?
I would have thought that with all debts paid and cashflow pouring in "refinance" would be a thing of the past?
Apologies for being lazy, but you do seem to have the numbers at your fingertips, so when will our hedge obligations cease plse?
