oooh... I think you're referring to this, which has been in planning for at least 12 months, but I don't think I've heard LC talk about it:

It's worth repeating the last line in the description, "Following treatment patients will undergo standard care surgery and following this will be followed up for a maximum of two years." IMU announced a similar trial for HER-Vaxx but it never eventuated and now they're doing it in MSI high colorectal cancer, presumably in lieu of pre-treatment with chemo. This trial should be very interesting given the impact of chemo on a patient followed by what I imagine is quite traumatic surgery. Theoretically, the safety of PD1-Vaxx should leave a patient's immune system in better shape post treatment, not to mention the mechanism of action of PD1-Vaxx resulting in a vaccination which should result in the patient effectively continuing to receive treatment post-surgery courtesy of their B Cells. I presume the side effects of Chemo and Keytruda prevent treatment for some time after surgery.

Also, worth noting Keytruda has had a phase 3 trial against the same indication:

Thought bubble for the day: I wonder if we're close to a point where the B Cell drugs, because of the respective mutations they target, can leverage off trial results of the equivalent monoclonal antibody drug? Happy to hear anyone's thoughts if that's even a possibility?
