    you're not allowed to 'shoot'em in the leg'

    GF had a heart condition maybe that is why he didnt tazer him

    pepper spray couldn't be used as there were too many other ppl around

    simply question .....if GF did not resist arrest he probably wouldnt be dead.... yes or no
