I have said what I have said because I know they read these threads. The Class Action will come, dependant not only on their actions in the past but more importantly on their future actions so they are on notice. Their timeline for Corporate Governance is unacceptable but I will let the Australian Regulators decide that. I have been led to believe that the Canadian Govt told SYA to get their Corporate Governance in order yet here we are.
