Happy Sunday all!
Long term holder (2018), first time poster.
You can add my 500k NO votes to the 22.
I did have 1.5m shares but sold down on merger announcement, mainly to use funds elsewhere but knowing i could buy back in later. I have formally advised Ian P I'm a 'No' vote.
Merger was inevitable (main benefit I see is that it eliminates a competitor - for funding, grants, offtakes etc), but 12-1 is crazy unfair to TMT holders; for all the reasons debated above.
Good news on the EPA application. 'Report and recommendations in preparation' 22 November 2023.
It is my understanding that Yarrabubba is NOT included in the current EPA application (Assessment 2190). I believe the original intention was to submit Yarrabubba mine EPA application when G_a_banintha was approved and construction underway with the plan the timing of the two would magically coincide. Someone else may want to confirm with Ian what current plan is.
DYOR, not financial advice, enjoy the rest of your weekend!
Cheers,
PJ
