At the current (As at June 2023) level of receivables and payables, I’d say OMH are already practicing the Chinese business hymn of collect early and pay late. This issue is definitely solvable, but good management let the market know they are right across the issue and all is in hand. I’ve always thought the quarterly announcements lack transparency because they don’t release the cash at bank balances and on the ages old premise that management always announce good news but are deathly silent on bad news, one must wonder.
