"Fortunately, we had built a business that was robust and cash-flow positive and was able fund this litigation. At the same time, we were suing the ASX because we believe that they invalidly suspended us. We had to drop that action or settle with them. I am limited in what I can say about that. Our reason for dropping that was not that we didn't think we could be successful; it was that we couldn't run two major court cases at once and we had limited cash-flow resources, despite the incredible success of our company."
