Lifes an absolute bitch at times. My two very dear friends are in the same situation. Really brings it home, that life isn't a dress rehearsal. I've booked and paid for a very expensive 19 day small group tour to Canada and Alaska. It includes The Rocky Mountaineer (decide to upgrade to gold class- only doing it once) and a 7 day cruise to Alaska and the Canadian national parks. Then spending the next 5 weeks between Vancouver Island, Montreal and Quebec. I haven't paid for it, LTR did, plus I've repurchased all those I sold and purchased more FMG. Lesson learnt- don't trust completely any board. I'm in my very early 70's, and will take every opportunity that I can to see as much of this beautiful world.
