The more i think about it khout is the reason they havent told us is one of the following 2

1 - So that competition dont get an understanding (no matter how minute) of what sort of retention is achievable with our other metrics. Even though they wouldnt know how to replicate it, they would then have every metric that they could test against, and would know exactly what they need to achieve in order to create a better product than us.

2 - The board is so convinced, or literally know, that the tuneable retention metric is far superior than just having a solid figure. Thus, they dont feel the need to discuss it. which is what I am leaning towards. Theyve tried to explain that its customisable to each clients needs, and because they actually know the details, they feel like others dont need to know.

kind of like, "We know, nobody else needs to know because we know".
