dear P..... propaganda seems to be the main political weapon in this conflict. and Hamas seems to be winning the propaganda war.
the release of Hamas captive/hostages has been a marvel of modern media manipulation which Hamas has succeeded in presenting smiling and grateful hostages saying farewell to the extremists. I can't help but wonder how they've achieved such seeming heartfelt well wishes for Hamas.
I'm thinking Hamas have been careful not to release those who've not been won over, those who've rebelled against their captors, who've perhaps rejected food and medical aid, who may have fought against their captivity or even tried to escape.
it seems to me they are using very clever psychology to tame their captives. I'd really appreciate your opinion on the releases from both sides.
