The poor simple bugger gets smacked in the face all day everyday with blatant DRC govt breaches of its’ own mining laws against AVZ, but still manages to cut & paste obscure mining code regulations about 15 years this & 25 years that - clams that presumably AVZ hasn’t met in the 10 years it’s been involved at Manono, but which seemingly deserve AVZ being robbed of its’ license (all of which AVZ would have satisfied ex corruption & law-breaking). He rabbits on about AVZ not doing enough drilling on RD, while Zijin & Cominiere have claimed squatter’s rights on the tenement! At least that’s what I think he’s trying to say - don’t know if there’s too much or nothing at all going on upstairs, but inside his head would be a queer place to be.
