I think most that wanted out due to uncertainty got out before the latest suspension.
A great majority of the ones that stayed aren't going to bail after the issues are settled, and at yearly lows.
When we open the issues will be sorted, and the value of the imminent production that goes to us will be clear.

Any short term sell off on open will be a buy signal to me I reckon - obviously dependent on the outcomes though.
