Lindi Jumbo project was not fully mobilised until the Gemcorp drawdown occurred. Go back and do som research. Not all items were shipped, some items had to come from Australia and could not be shipped under the arrangement with TNR and Jinpeng
Also Jinpeng and TNR were not the only contractors required to complete the construction. The TFS liner was done by another contractor company.
