Who it goes to and what it is used for is most important here.
Ideally it's an institutional placement to get DSO over the line.
Quick and easy with the credentials of professional investors showing faith in AEV.
If it can significantly de risk the DSO there's no reason why a cap raise couldn't help re-rate the stock.
Thats the optimist view but we shall see.
