If there is a willing 3rd party financier prepared to pay a sum before finalisation of arbitration outcomes, wonder why it wasn't taken on prior to this current extra one million dilutionary raise and subsequent sp fall back??Just as sp was improving a little, by raising another million bucks sp retreated by circa 20% back down to 2.2c. Hardly inspirational.
