The issue you are missing is that we were supposed to have 2 new NEDs before the AGM. Crawford was supposed to of retired.

It does not take this long to appoint Directors and a Chairman. Which leaves me with 2 conclusions. The proposed NEDs put forward weren't suitable or JB/AB didn't like the options put forward as they would lose control and as such appointed their mate to the board.

Something funny is going on and I'll make a bet we will get to the 2024 AGM and still have no new directors or a chairperson.

Now love of hate BL, he had a plan and a vision. I didn't come away from the AGM thinking these guys have a vision. PC has one foot out the door and AB has no interest whatsoever. So we now have the Altura BOD with no vision and happy to sell out shareholders for whatever scheme they have dreamt up. We now have no downstream plans, no offtake, no BOD and a JV partner who is very clearly in control. The big red flag for me was Hydroxide because of our partners commitments, our BoD shouldn't care less about what PLL has signed up for outside of the JV, it isnt their problem. And yet they seem more interested in them than shareholders.
