Lets assume there is 300 K people worldwide with MND ALS. Now assume we capture just over 30% at 100k.

If we were benevolent and charge $24 per tablet that is $9000 per year.

Gross sales 900 Million. Net profit at 14%> so net profit $124 million PY .

Extrapolate that till 2038 when end of the patent expiry once an extension is made.

So assuming 2025 is the receipt day for start of the income.

That's 124 million plus 5% price increase per year on the drug. Get the old calculator out.

Equals 2.98 Billion in combined profits.

So in other words for every day BP wait it costs them $2.4 million gross $ per day working on today's figures.

Are these legitimate figures. I am not an accountant but some watch this forum ?
