It does depend on the gas its sourced from too. Some fields have a large percentage of CO2 with the gas in the fields, some like CSG have less than 2%, so thats a huge difference. Then whether the LNG plants use gas driven turbines for refrigeration and how much they flare during a year, how efficient the LNG carriers are, how well they manage flaring in the production fields. Each producer needs to meter and report all of this.
