    Can someone explain to me why a trading halt makes breaking news ? is it because it was published my a news conpany?

    If that is the case why would a news company report on a trading halt ?

    Did AEV wanr to publicise the trading halt ?

    If someone can kindly explain to me itd be appreciated. thanks.
