If there is a scale back of SPP shares I am interested in how it will be done. Simply reducing the shares applied for on a percentage basis would seem the easiest way? But is it equitable for somebody to apply for $30k when they only hold a few thousand shares and get scaled back the same percentage as a holder with 1m or so shares? Or will a scale back be predicated on a percentage of shares currently held? I personally will be surprised after the reminder today if you only end up with $5k when applying for $30k of shares.
