Im a bit worried about this farm in agreement. If it was someone buying into us, why are we announcing a CR?? If its a buy-in, it will generate money. This sounds like they are trying to buy into someone else. Hence they need the money. Also if it was someone buying into us you wouldn't announce the CR until the SP leveled out to maximize the SP and funds raised. IMHO
