Considering it only costs $4.5mil AUD to expand the capacity by 50%, the cost to expand capacity is insignificant.
Go back to read the previous EBITDA for Tormin, then add on the MSP facility which will produce 300ktpa of finished products.
It's simple mathematics, If they fix the processing issues with the inland strands, they will be printing money to fund its other projects.
