Correct me if I'm wrong, but the CLAWS money announced today (not the announcement I was hoping for...) has been 'awarded' - there was no mention of any $$$ hitting the BLG bank account anytime soon.......
We are 24hours away from the company missing TWO deadlines for receipt of payment of the ATO R&D rebate.......
Where are the directors responsibilities of 'continuous disclosure' and as to whether the company is a 'going concern'?
In the absence of ANY recent update from the company as to their current financial position, who can blame some 'prudent' investors for selling out.......????
And I note there are so many "Buy" recommendations on the threads today.......shame. Do you guys really understand the risks being taken here.......???
And if the ATO R&D rebate is not received overnight and announced tomorrow morning, will James front up for the Automic Investor conference scheduled for tomorrow arvo......???
