Do you think they might take a tact in the scheme booklet of actually downplaying TMT and it's assets?
Obviously we'll find out the actual pitch, but as others have said, it's hard to imagine a scenario painted where TMT shareholders are dramatically better off with a merger, but I am picturing what it might look like to have this doom and gloom and no hope image portayed of TMT as a stand alone entity, but if they go that route I feel it's even harder to recover to present a much better picture if we just all agree to merge with AVL.
My mind is absolutely open but so will my nose be to sniff out any BS or spin.
They won't get much of that past this group anyway, so it'll be genuinally interesting to see where their logic sits and why they view TMT's prospects and what is 'best' for it so much differently to shareholders.
