Looks like Titomic is dual listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FRA) - https://www.boerse-frankfurt.de/equity/titomic-ltd
This provides exposure to German retail investors. Apparently this is not too uncommon for companies listed on the ASX - there's an AFR article from 2020 which states that more than a third of companies on the ASX are dual listed on the FRA.
