imv the merger doesn’t make sense for AVL shareholders, it already has 200Mt resource , more resources means nothing at this stage. I guess the deal is just what the institutional investor wants, and both companies actually lack of confidence of further funding for the project.
overall situation is very negative imv and I don’t think RCF can get their money back.
