Why raise so much now at historic low levels. It’s just silly.
Good management should have had a partial backup plan and raised some at $1.30 or even $1 in recent times. If they wanted to pay out Oaktree that should have been done at higher levels.
Why are we paying out Oaktree at historic low prices - just ridiculous dilution to perform that now.
